Exciting news from the planning department! A non-material amendment has been approved for changes to windows and doors, plus the addition of rooflights, at a property just outside of Appleby, at Land North West of White House Hoff. This lovely spot will be getting a bit of a spruce-up!
Good news for Bongate residents! A planning application has been submitted for details on environmental management, dust control, archaeology, and trees concerning the Highfield Lodge site. This is a step forward for the development at CA16 6UE, and our Appleby and Brough ward will be keeping a close eye on the consultation.
